At GusApps, we take the privacy of our users very seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how GusPad Soundboard ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your information on iOS and Android.

GusPad Soundboard is designed to respect your privacy:

• We do not collect personal information: We do not request or store your name, email, phone number, or other personally identifiable information.
• Audio files: The sounds you load are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to any external server.
• Settings: Each pad's volume and bank preferences are saved locally on your device.
• Purchases: In-app purchases are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) and are subject to their respective privacy policies.

2. Advertising

The free version of GusPad Soundboard displays ads provided by Google AdMob. Google may collect certain information to show relevant ads, including:

• Device identifiers
• App usage information
• Approximate location data (if enabled)

The Premium version does not display advertising.

3. Data Storage

All sounds and settings are stored locally on your device. The App uses:

• Local Preferences: To save your preferences (selected bank, purchase status, volume per pad).
• Device Storage: To store custom audio files across the 8 available banks.

This data remains on your device and is not synced with any server.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing: To process in-app purchases.
• Google AdMob: To display ads (free version only).

5. Security

Your data is stored securely on your device using the security mechanisms provided by iOS and Android. We do not transmit or store your data on external servers.

6. Children's Privacy

GusPad Soundboard is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
