Welcome to GusPad Soundboard. By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GusPad Soundboard ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GusPad Soundboard is a soundboard application that allows you to:

• Play preloaded sounds
• Load and play your own audio files (MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, CAF, AIFF)
• Organize sounds in multiple banks (Premium version)
• Adjust individual volume for each pad (0-125%)
• Export your sound collections (Premium version)

3. License of Use

GusApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on iOS and Android devices that you own or control, in accordance with these terms and Apple App Store and Google Play Store usage rules.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers an in-app purchase to unlock Premium features:

• The price is $4.99 USD (one-time payment).
• Includes 24 pads per bank, 8 banks (192 total pads), 96 premium sounds.
• Purchases are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) and are subject to their terms.
• Purchases are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• You can restore your purchases at any time using the "Restore Purchases" option.

5. User Content

You are responsible for any audio content you load into the App:

• You must have the necessary rights to use any audio you load.
• You must not load content that infringes copyright, is illegal, offensive, or harmful.
• GusApps is not responsible for content that users load onto their devices.

6. Included Sounds

The preloaded sounds in the App are provided for personal and non-commercial use only within the App. It is not permitted to extract, redistribute, or use these sounds outside the context of the App without authorization.

7. Advertising

The free version of the App displays ads provided by third parties. Premium users will not see ads.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GusApps shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data or audio files
• Service interruptions
• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any technical problems beyond our control

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
